چکیده

Symbiotic N2 fixation is essential for the plant’s growth because it can fix reactive nitrogen compounds in soil. However, all steps of this process be hampered by several biotic and abiotic environmental factors. This study mainly focused on discussing impacts 12 major factors reviewing significant numbers research works. According to information from these works, we found some physiological genetic caused like plasmid deletion, genomic mismanagement, abnormal molecular signals, toxicity, deficiency minerals, deformation rhizobial cells, protein denaturation, nucleic acid damage, acetylene reduction nod limitation. Furthermore, expression heat or shock proteins, internal buffering, genes spanning, extracellular immobilization, periplasmic allocation, change lipopolysaccharides composition, intracellular accumulation inorganic organic solutes (Osmolyte) activation hydrogenase are shown both micro macro symbionts as a natural response adapt stress conditions. Though stress-tolerant strains HR-3, HR-6, HR-10, HR-12, acta, actP, exoR, lpiA, actR, actS phrR used sense external environment make signals gene transcription during adverse condition, application engineering should expanded more promote commercial inoculation production novel modified rhizobia legumes.

The Legume Root Nodule: From Symbiotic Nitrogen Fixation to Senescence

Biological nitrogen fixation (BNF) is the biological process by which the atmospheric nitrogen (N2) is converted to ammonia by an enzyme called nitrogenase. It is the major source of the biosphere nitrogen and as such has an important ecological and agronomical role, accounting for 65 % of the nitrogen used in agriculture worldwide. The most important source of fixed nitrogen is the symbiotic a...

Legume species identity and soil nitrogen supply determine symbiotic nitrogen-fixation responses to elevated atmospheric [CO2].

In nitrogen (N)-limited systems, the response of symbiotic N fixation to elevated atmospheric [CO2] may be an important determinant of ecosystem responses to this global change. Experimental tests of the effects of elevated [CO2] have not been consistent. Although rarely tested, differences among legume species and N supply may be important. In a field free-air CO2 enrichment (FACE) experiment,...

Rhizobium-legume symbiosis and nitrogen fixation under severe conditions and in an arid climate.

Biological N(2) fixation represents the major source of N input in agricultural soils including those in arid regions. The major N(2)-fixing systems are the symbiotic systems, which can play a significant role in improving the fertility and productivity of low-N soils. The Rhizobium-legume symbioses have received most attention and have been examined extensively. The behavior of some N(2)-fixin...
